Shipping, Production & Returns Policy

1. Production & Turnaround Time

Because every item is created specifically for you, please allow a standard 4 business days for the creation of your order. This processing time is required before the item is ready to be shipped.

  • Variable Workload: Please note that while we strive to stick to the 4-day window, production times may vary slightly depending on the current volume of orders. We will keep you updated if there are significant delays.

2. Digital Proofing & Approval

Quality is our priority. Before your physical item is finalized or shipped, you will receive a watermarked digital versionvia email for proofreading and approval.

  • Please review this proof carefully to ensure all details, spelling, and layout are correct.

  • Important: Once you approve the digital proof, your order will move to final production. We cannot be held responsible for errors (such as spelling mistakes) that were present in the approved proof.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Once your item is completed and approved, it will be shipped via [Insert Carrier Name].

  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your package has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. These items are made to order and cannot be resold.

  • Exceptions: The only exception to this policy is if you receive an incorrect item (different from your approved proof) or a damaged item.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, accidents can happen during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number. If it appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.

6. Important Note on Deadlines

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure our current production schedule can accommodate your deadline.
