Returns Policy

I accept returns on this item.

If you’re not happy with your order, please contact me first so I can help put things right.

Returns time frame

Buyers must contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Returns sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Conditions of return

Items can be returned provided they are sent back in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
The buyer is also responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Personalised items

Because most certificates are made to your personal details, personalised orders cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or with a mistake made by me. Please check your proof carefully before approving for print.

If there is an error on my part, I will replace or correct the order at no extra cost.

Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges on these items.

Please message me with your order number and reason for return. I’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
